President's Message

Edward Passarelli
Edward J. Passarelli

It is my great honor and privilege to serve as the thirtieth President of the Court of Federal Claims Bar Association.  The United States Court of Federal Claims is unique in its nationwide jurisdiction and historic heritage of over a century and a half.  As the bar association of the Court of Federal Claims, we are comprised of both private civil litigators and Department of Justice attorneys working together to advance the administration of justice.

Practice before the Court of Federal Claims, and its predecessor the Court of Claims, historically has been remarkable for its civility.  Participation in the Bar Association’s activities not only provides opportunities for members to interact with judges and Court staff, but fosters this spirit of civility by bringing private and government practitioners together to accomplish common goals.

2017 promises to be a very exciting year for the Bar Association.  Your participation is extremely welcome and strongly encouraged!    Please feel free to e-mail me directly if you are interested in becoming involved in the Court of Federal Claims Bar Association at president@cfcbar.org.  I look forward to hearing from you and working together!

Highest regards,

Edward J. Passarelli
President, Court of Federal Claims Bar Association
