Welcome to the Court of Federal Claims Bar Association. Since 1855, the Court of Federal Claims in Washington, DC, has provided citizens a forum to sue the federal government for monetary damages. This jurisdiction provides a unique opportunity for cooperation between government attorneys and the private bar.
The bar of attorneys practicing in the Court of Federal Claims is a small and collegial one. Here at the Bar Association, we strive to support our members, and provide opportunities for networking and education. We also support the Court’s Pro Bono Program.
We invite you to become a member and receive a copy of our Deskbook for Practitioners, our periodic newsletters, access to past educational programming, and invitations to our happy hours. Members also receive discounted rates at the Court’s Law Day luncheon in May, and day-long Judicial Conference in October.
We would love to hear from you if you are interested in participating in the Pro Bono Program, planning an educational or networking event or joining our Board of Governors. Participation in the Bar Association can help you thrive professionally and personally, to the ultimate benefit of the Court and all those who appear before it.
We look forward to seeing you soon,
Julia Collison
President
