Perspectives From The Bench: Tips on Advocating to the Court in Writing & Orally

The United States Court of Federal Claims Bar Association and the Federal Circuit Bar Association are pleased to announce their next joint educational program: “Perspectives From the Bench: Tips on Advocating to the Court in Writing and Orally.” This brown bag program will take place Thursday, May 15, from noon to 1:30 pm. We will have a panel that will include three Jurists. The Honorable Judge Elaine D. Kaplan will be joined by a Federal Circuit Court of Appeals Judge and Special Master Brian H. Corcoran from the Court of Federal Claims. The panel will be co-moderated by Lewis Wiener of Sutherland Asbill & Brennan and David Ralston of Foley Lardner.
